Just For Keeps  provides a payment and information link between artists and buyers. Just For Keeps does not endorse or check the claims of any products or services listed here. Use of our consignment services by the artist and the buyer constitutes acceptance of the following agreement: Just For Keeps shall be indemnified, not be held liable, and is not responsible for any type of damage arising from the purchase of items shown here.

Just For Keeps has the utmost respect for your personal information and is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We do not hold any Sensitive Credit/Debit Card information on our server, nor in our records. Our Credit/Debit Card transactions are processed by Paypal, a world leading payment processing gateway.

Purchases through Just For Keeps are strictly between the buyer and the third-party artist and Just For Keeps is not directly involved in these orders and is not an agent on behalf of either the seller or buyer. Once you have purchased an item through Just For Keeps,  you will be sent an e-mail which includes a receipt for your purchase and contact information for the artist (s) from whom you bought merchandise.  The artists contact information is also readily available on the website, listed on their "Artists Pages". The Artists bear the responsibility for getting your purchases to you and for fielding questions about your delivery.

If you wish to change or cancel an order or are in any way dissatisfied with your purchased goods once received, you should contact your seller, the artist,  directly and resolve the matter with him or her. Note that In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) should you receive goods that prove to be in any way unsuitable you may cancel your order without reason, within 7 working days following the day of delivery, provided you return the goods in their original condition. Again, This transaction must take place between buyer and artist, and once processed through Just For Keeps is no longer our liability.

It is the responsibility of the artist to resolve any delivery disputes resulting from the purchase of his or her items on this website. If you have difficulty in coming to an amicable solution with the artist, Just For Keeps is willing to act as an arbiter, but without bearing any responsibility for the final resolution. You may contact us if you are in need of this service.

We take complaints against artists very seriously and if justified and in contravention of their Terms and Conditions this may have a bearing on their continuance in using our services. Please contact us with details if you are unsatisfied with any artist or any aspect of the web service we provide here. We shall investigate your complaint and inform you of the outcome.
